Initial Planning Meeting

We'll start with your ideas-however basic. Then we'll create a floor plan & design that meets your needs and fits within your budget.

Finance Package

We put together the initial packet of designs & cost projections for submission to your financial institution to apply for your construction loan. (If needed-Jo's prior mortgage loan officer experience will be used to help you plan your budget, locate a lending institution and start you in the right direction for your application.)

Design

We fine tune the design and work out the specifications of the house, finalize the floor plan & elevations of the project. Our computerized design system allows us to make custom alterations and lets you view your new home in 3D, inside & out, before we ever put a shovel into the ground.

Ground Breaking

Now the fun starts-we break ground and your dream home is under construction.
